In designing the collection, Denis Simachev has continued the Gypsy theme that he has first applied to for the Men’s SS’08 collection and turned to the image of a gypsy as the embodiment of freedom and the ardent romance of the road. The heroine of the new DENIS SIMACHEV collection is a pleasure seeker and a real hoyden.

On January, 17th, 2007, DENIS SIMACHEV presented men’s fall-winter 2007-2008 show BANG BANG at Milan Fashion Week. The show was held in the medieval church of San Barnaba. Black cube-shaped candles were put in a court yard of a church and all the internal space, including a catwalk, was decorated in black color.

DENIS SIMACHEV fashion show for S/S 2007 men's collection was held during the Milano Moda Uomo Fashion Week on 25th June 2006 in the garden of an ancient building in the core of Milan. Location of the show was recreating the ordinary beach of Sochi on the Black Sea while the heroes of the collection were recreating the image of a man who pretends he is somebody else.
